FitLife Foods- Chicken Fajita Salad

This is my favorite winter salad. It is warm and so yummy! I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients: 

  • 6oz grilled chicken breast
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp of low sodium fajita mix
  • 1 cup chopped peppers and onions
  • Large bowl romaine salad
  • 2 tbsp balsamic (if needed)

Directions:

Sauté chopped onions and peppers in a large pan, add in spices and grilled chicken breast, toss with romaine and 2 tbsp of balsamic (if needed- I like it plain)
