Pineapple Souflee


Serves: 2 to 12
Temp: 350 degrees
Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:

  • 1 20oz can of Dole Pineapple Chunks
  • 1/2c sugar - healthy substitute 1/3c Agave Nectar
  • 2T Flour - I use whole wheat
  • Beat 3 eggs separately - or use egg whites (just realize it'll rise a LOT faster)

Mix all togther in a 1 1/2 quart butter greased casserole dish - Yes, I use real butter not the fake stuff.

Take 3 slices of bread, best to use - Ezikiel bread - no crust, diced on top.

1 stick of melted butter over top (you can use grapeseed oil or olive oil instead.....I haven't tried that yet.)
