Here is a great recipe for an amazing whole wheat pizza.  So yummy and satisfying.

1 cube of Smart Balance (R) light spread (no need to get testy with me, you can use butter if you want to. I simply list the option with the least amount of fat and highest omega 3 content.)
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup cold water
1 packet self-rising yeast
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic olive oil (if you don’t have any, use a half and half mixture of garlic paste, and olive oil)
1 tablespoon garlic salt (divided in half)
1 tsp Weber Gourmet Burger seasoning (R) or pepper blend style seasoning
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 cups unbleached organic flour

1. In a microwaveable bowl heat the butter, salt and water until the margarine (or butter) is melted, about 1 minute. Stir in the packet of yeast and set aside for 5 minutes to proof the yeast. In a bowl mix one cup of whole wheat flour, one cup of white flour, 1/2 the garlic salt, pepper seasoning, and olive oil. Mix with a wooden spoon until crumbly.
2. Add the water mixture all at once. Mix with a wooden spoon until you can no longer use the spoon. Mix in the remainder of the white flour one 1/4 cup at a time. You may not need to use the entire amount. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead until the dough is soft, smooth, and elastic. This process will take about 8 minutes. Knead in more flour if you need to. Once you have a firm ball that holds together, cover the ball with a light coat of cooking spray, olive oil or butter. Place in a large bowl.
3. Dampen a large kitchen towel. Heat the oven to low for 5 minutes then TURN OFF. Boil a pan of water, then place the pan in the oven. Cover the bread ball with the moist towel, and place in the warm oven.
4. Allow the bread to rise until double in size. About one hour.
Remove from the oven, punch the dough down.
5. Cover a baking stone, cookie sheet, or round pizza pan, with a light coat of cooking spray, butter, or olive oil. Sprinkle the corn meal on top on top of the pan.
6. Using your hands, gradually work the dough to the shape of the pan. Cover once more with the moist towel, and let rise for 15 minutes.
7. Use a fork to prick steam vents in the dough. You will want at least 10 through the center section of the dough.
8. Use the garlic olive oil around the outside edge of the crust. Spread with a pastry brush, or BBQ brush. Top the edge with the Parmesan cheese.
10. Use 1 cup of the marinara recipe I previously provided. Top with your choice of the following: (I would not use more than 4 on any pizza or it will not bake properly).
Turkey pepperoni, grilled chicken strips, green pepper, onion, olives, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, cooked turkey sausage, spinach,
